The project to establish a Palestinian electronic networking facility started November 1993. BARAKA - meaning 'good vibes' or 'blessing' - is still in its early stage of development. BARAKA's services, except the fax service, are in place and everything works - from a technical point of view.
Part of this project is to train a group of Palestinian NGOs in the use of the BARAKA NGO Host System.
