'Green Fireballs'

From December 1948 to 1950 unknown phenomena occurred near 'vital installations' in New Mexico. They were called 'green fireballs' and were investigated by Dr. Lincoln LaPaz, Director of the Institute of Meteoritics of the University of New Mexico.
